Cooking Instructions

In a bowl, combine Dijon Mustard (4 Tbsp), Honey (4 Tbsp), and Orange Marmalade (4 Tbsp).

Preheat the deep fryer with Vegetable Oil (as needed) to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Slice the Scallions (1 bunch). Dice the Sweet Onion (1/2) and Jalapeño Pepper (1/2).

In a large mixing bowl, combine Cornmeal (1 cup), Self-Rising Flour (3/4 cup), Granulated Sugar (as needed), Salt (1 tsp), and Cayenne Pepper (as needed).

Add sliced green onions, diced onion, diced jalapeno, Shredded Cheddar Cheese (4 Tbsp), and Corn (1/2 cup).
5.
Add Egg (1) and Buttermilk (1 cup). Mix well and set aside.
6.
Form small balls with wet hands and fry for 3 to 4 minutes or until golden and brown.
7.
Remove and drain on a paper towel lined plate. Work in batches.
8.
Serve with dipping sauce and enjoy!
