Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Into the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, add Bread Flour (2 1/2 cups) , Instant Dry Yeast (1 Tbsp) , Salt (1 tsp) , and Granulated Sugar (1 Tbsp) . Whisk to combine.
Step 2
Add Buttermilk (1 1/4 cups) . Mix until combined, then add Olive Oil (1/4 cup) while continuing to mix.
Step 3
Add remaining Bread Flour (1 cup) . Mix on medium speed until it comes together as a dough, about 3-4 minutes. Add more flour if needed.
Step 4
Mix for another 3-4 minutes, until dough is nice and smooth.
Step 5
Turn dough out onto a floured surface. Knead it a few times.
Step 6
In a mixing jug, combine Salted Butter (1/2 cup) , Garlic Powder (1 Tbsp) , Fresh Parsley (1 1/2 Tbsp) , and Dried Oregano (1/2 Tbsp) .
Step 7
Grease the bottom a 10-inch round pan with Salted Butter (to taste) . Grab pieces of the dough and roll them into balls with your hands, then place them in the pan.
Step 8
Drizzle the garlic butter over the rolls. Use a brush to spread it around.
Step 9
Cover pan with plastic wrap and let rest for 1 hour.
Step 10
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (176 degrees C).
Step 11
Sprinkle rolls with Grated Parmesan Cheese (to taste) . Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Step 12
Butter the tops and serve warm.
