Into the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, add
Bread Flour (2 1/2 cups)
Instant Dry Yeast (1 Tbsp)
Salt (1 tsp)
Granulated Sugar (1 Tbsp)
. Whisk to combine.
Buttermilk (1 1/4 cups)
. Mix until combined, then add
Olive Oil (1/4 cup)
while continuing to mix.
Bread Flour (1 cup)
. Mix on medium speed until it comes together as a dough, about 3-4 minutes. Add more flour if needed.
Mix for another 3-4 minutes, until dough is nice and smooth.
Turn dough out onto a floured surface. Knead it a few times.
In a mixing jug, combine
Salted Butter (1/2 cup)
Garlic Powder (1 Tbsp)
Fresh Parsley (1 1/2 Tbsp)
Dried Oregano (1/2 Tbsp)
Grease the bottom a 10-inch round pan with
Salted Butter (to taste)
. Grab pieces of the dough and roll them into balls with your hands, then place them in the pan.
Drizzle the garlic butter over the rolls. Use a brush to spread it around.
Cover pan with plastic wrap and let rest for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (176 degrees C).
Sprinkle rolls with
Grated Parmesan Cheese (to taste)
. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Butter the tops and serve warm.
