Drain Canned White Beans (7.5 ounce). Mash and mix up Feta Cheese (3/4 cup) and white beans in a bowl.
FInely chop Scallion (3), Red Bell Pepper (1/2), Fresh Parsley (2 tablespoon), Tomato (1/2) and fresh Fresh Cilantro (1 tablespoon).
Add chopped ingredients along with Salt (1/2 tablespoon), Garlic Powder (to taste) and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste) to the bowl.
In a separate bowl, combine Greek Yogurt (1/2 cup), Mayonnaise (2 tablespoon), Dijon Mustard (3 teaspoon), Fresh Chives (2 tablespoon) and juice from the Lemon (1/4). Mix well.
Heat the Large Flour Tortilla (1) for 30 seconds in a frying pan.
Down the middle of the tortilla place a quarter cup of the spread and then a spoonful of filler.
