Cooking Instructions
1.
Drain Canned White Beans (1 cup). Mash and mix up Feta Cheese (3/4 cup) and white beans in a bowl.
2.
Finely chop Scallions (1 bunch)Red Bell Pepper (1/2), Fresh Parsley (2 Tbsp)Tomato (1/2) and Fresh Cilantro (1 Tbsp).
3.
Add chopped ingredients along with Salt (1 tsp), Simply Organic Garlic Powder (to taste) and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste) to the bowl.
4.
In a separate bowl, combine Greek Yogurt (1/2 cup), Mayonnaise (2 Tbsp), Dijon Mustard (1 Tbsp), Fresh Chives (2 Tbsp) and juice from the Lemon (1/4). Mix well.
5.
Heat the Large Flour Tortilla (1) for 30 seconds in a frying pan.
6.
Down the middle of the tortilla place a quarter cup of the spread and then a spoonful of filler.
7.
Roll up wrap.
8.
Enjoy!
