Quick and Easy Apple Tart

Eggland's Best Classic Eggs

•

1 cup

Brown Sugar

or Granulated White Sugar

•

1 cup

All-Purpose Flour

•

Apples , peeled, cut

•

1 tsp

Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground

•

3/4 cup

Milk

•

to taste

Apricot Jam

or Plum Jam

•

Apple , peeled, thinly sliced

Cooking Instructions

In a large bowl add the Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (3) , Brown Sugar (1 cup) , All-Purpose Flour (1 cup) , Apples (2) , Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (1 tsp) and Milk (3/4 cup) . Using a stick blender, blend until smooth.

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

Take a large baking pan and grease with butter and dust lightly with flour.

Pour filling into the dish and bake your tart for 20 minutes in your preheated oven.

Remove the tart from the oven and brush the top with Apricot Jam (to taste) . Place the Apple (1) on top and brush the top of the apple slices with more apricot jam. Place back in the oven at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 15 minutes.

Once golden brown, remove from the oven and set aside to cool.
