In a large bowl add the
Brown Sugar (1 cup)
All-Purpose Flour (1 1/3 cups)
Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp)
Milk (3/4 cup)
. Using a stick blender, blend until smooth.
Preheat your oven to 356 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Take a large baking pan and grease with butter and dust lightly with flour.
Pour filling into the dish and bake your tart for 20 minutes in your preheated oven.
Remove the tart from the oven and brush the top with
Apricot Jam (to taste)
. Place the
on top and brush the top of the apple slices with more apricot jam. Place back in the oven at 356 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 15 minutes.
Once golden brown, remove from the oven and set aside to cool.
