Cooking Instructions
1.
Dice the
Onion (1)
and set aside.
2.
Mince the
Garlic (4 cloves)
and set aside.

In a hot pan coated with a bit of
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (as needed)
roast the garlic until brown.

Add in the diced onion, along with some
Salt (1 pinch)
and
Chili Powder (to taste)
.

Now add in
Fresh Parsley (1 handful)
and set aside.

In a separate bowl combine
Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (2)
, salt,
Chili Powder (to taste)
, and set aside.

In a separate bowl, prepare the
Ground Beef (1.5 lb)
by flattening it with the balls of your fist.

Spread cooked garlic-onion mixture to the flattened ground beef.
9.
Add the egg mixture on top.
10.
Fold ground beef in on itself towards the center, with the egg and onion mixture remaining inside the "pocket".

Mix well with your hands!

Add
Breadcrumbs (to taste)

Sprinkle in
Dried Marjoram (to taste)
,
Paprika (to taste)
,
Montreal Chicken Seasoning (to taste)
and
Chili Powder (to taste)
and let rest for 15 minutes.

In a separate plate, add the
Whole Wheat Flour (to taste)
for coating the meat patties.

Using a tablespoon, scoop a small amount of the meat mixture on to the plate and coat lightly with flour.

Now it's time to test the flavor of the meat! In a pan, add olive oil and fry the meat patty on medium-high heat. Taste your patty and add more salt, pepper or chili as needed to the rest of the meat mixture.

Create patties with the remaining meat mixture, coat with flour and set aside. Next, open the red box.
18.
Fry all patties on medium-high heat.
19.
Transfer cooked patties onto a paper towel to soak up excess oil.
20.
Once all patties are cooked, serve with your favorite condiments.
