Dice up Beet (1) and Avocado (1/2) . Dress them with Lemon Juice (to taste) , Olive Oil (to taste) , Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) .
Step 2
On a hot grill or cast iron pan, cook the Beef Patties (2) .
Step 3
Spread the Yellow Mustard (2 Tbsp) on a plate. Lay the beef patty on top, and add the beet and avocado salad, garnish with Fresh Parsley (1 handful) and serve!
