In a large bowl of a stand mixer with a whisk attachment (or with a hand mixer), whisk together Rye Flour (2 cups) and All-Purpose Flour (1 cup), Salt (1 tsp) and Baking Powder (1 tsp) until just combined.

Then add melted Butter (0.5 oz) and Water (1 cup) and mix until dough is smooth. Divide into 12 equal balls and cover balls with a moist towel. Let rest for 10 minutes.
