In a large bowl of a stand mixer with a whisk attachment (or with a hand mixer), whisk together Rye Flour (2 cups) and All-Purpose Flour (1 cup) , Salt (1 tsp) and Baking Powder (1 tsp) until just combined.
Step 2
Then add melted Butter (1 Tbsp) and Water (1 cup) and mix until dough is smooth. Divide into 12 equal balls and cover balls with a moist towel. Let rest for 10 minutes.
