Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Cook the Linguine (200 gram) in boiling, salted water according to package directions. Once cooked, rinse the linguine with ice-cold water and shake through a sieve to remove any excess water, then set aside.
Step 2
Heat a generous splash of Olive Oil (to taste) in a large, non-stick frying pan. Add the Garlic (2 clove) and fry for 2-3 minutes, until it turns slightly golden in color.
