Yellow Onion (1)
. Preheat oven to 500 degrees F (260 degrees C).
Step 2
Bring a pan to medium-high heat with
Olive Oil (2 Tbsp)
. Add the onions, and turn the heat to low. Stir regularly over low heat until caramelized. This can take up to 40 minutes.
Step 3
While the onions caramelize, make the dough by mixing together the
All-Purpose Flour (1 cup)
,
Vegetable Oil (1 1/2 Tbsp)
,
Water (1/2 cup)
, and a
Salt (1 pinch)
. Knead well, adding additional flour until the dough is not at all sticky.
Step 4
In a small bowl make the sauce by mixing the
Fat-Free Greek Yogurt (1/4 cup)
,
Balsamic Vinegar (2 Tbsp)
and
Horseradish (1 Tbsp)
.
Step 5
Slice the
Figs (6)

Remove the hot baking sheet from the oven, sprinkle with
Breadcrumbs (as needed)
and transfer the dough to the sheet as quickly as possible.
Step 8
Quickly layer the sauce, onions, figs and
Goat Cheese (4 Tbsp)
.
Step 9
Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Garnish with
Fresh Parsley (to taste)
.
