Cooking InstructionsHide images
step 1
In a heavy bottom pan, add 85/15 Lean Ground Beef (3 lb). Immediately add the juice from Lime (1), Soy Sauce (3 Tbsp), Adobo Seasoning (3 Tbsp), Ground Oregano (2 tsp), and Garlic (2 Tbsp). Mix well and begin to brown.

Once the beef is brown and still has moisture, add Pitted Green Olives (2 Tbsp) and Tomato Sauce (1 can). Mix well and allow the beef to continue to cook stirring frequently until totally the liquid is gone and the beef is more greasy. During this add the Dried Cilantro (as needed).
step 3
Top a Tostada Shells (to taste), Small Corn Tortillas (to taste), or Boston Lettuce (to taste) with beef, Shredded Cheese (to taste), Salsa (to taste), Avocados (to taste), Limes (to taste), and Fresh Cilantro (to taste) and whatever else your heart desires.
