Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Whisk together
Eggs (2)

Milk (1/2 cup)
and
Vanilla Extract (1/2 tsp)
. Add
All-Purpose Flour (1/2 cup)
and
Salt (1 pinch)
just until incorporated.
Step 2
Peel, core and thinly slice the
Apple (1)
. Add
Butter (2 Tbsp)
into a medium to high heat cast iron skillet. When melted, add apples,
Ground Cinnamon (1/2 tsp)
and
Ground Nutmeg (1 pinch)
Cook 2 minutes until softened.
Step 3
Add
Brown Sugar (1/4 cup)
and let caramelize slightly.
Step 4
Pour batter evenly over the top and place into oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
