Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C), spray a regular sized loaf pan.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix All-Purpose Flour (1 1/2 cups) , Baking Soda (1 tsp) , and Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp) .
Step 3
In a separate bowl using an electric mixer, beat together the Egg (1) and Brown Sugar (3 Tbsp) . Add in Bananas (2) , Light Maple Syrup (1/3 cup) , Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) , and continue beating.
Step 4
Pour your wet mixture into your dry and stir well. Add in the Pecans (2 Tbsp) , but reserve the 1 Tbsp for later. Fold together and then pour into your loaf pan.
Step 5
Top with remaining Pecans (1 Tbsp) and Mini Chocolate Chips (1 Tbsp) . Bake in the oven for approximately 35 minutes.
Step 6
Cool and cut into 10 slices, store in an air-tight container. Enjoy!
