Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C), spray a regular sized loaf pan.
In a large bowl, mix All-Purpose Flour (1 1/2 cup), Baking Soda (1 teaspoon), and Ground Cinnamon (1 teaspoon).
In a separate bowl using an electric mixer, beat together the Egg (1) and Brown Sugar (3 tablespoon). Add in Banana (2), Light Maple Syrup (1/3 cup), and Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon) and continue beating.
Pour your wet mixture into your dry and stir well. Add two tablespoons of Pecans (3 tablespoon). Reserve the other tablespoon for later. Fold together and then pour into your loaf pan.
Top with remaining pecans and Mini Chocolate Chips (1 tablespoon). Bake in oven for approximately 35 minutes.
Cool and cut into 10 slices, store in an air tight container. Enjoy!
