Try this easy homemade Moroccan Style Chicken Tagine recipe. The taste is awesome and this is a meal that is so simple, just add to the pot and let it cook slowly. Tender chicken, spicy harissa, sweet apricots, and some flaked almonds. Delicious and made super sweet with the apricots and cherry tomatoes.

Cooking Instructions
1.
Mix the Chicken Breasts (4) with the Harissa Paste (1 Tbsp). Heat Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) in a large pan, add the chicken, and fry for 2-3 minutes. Remove and set aside.

Add the Onion (1) and Carrots (2) to the pan and fry for 4-5 minutes until soft. Return chicken to the pan.
3.
Dissolve the Knorr® Chicken Stock Pot (1) in Water (1 1/2 cups).
4.
Stir in the chicken stock, Water (1 3/4 cups), Dried Apricots (3/4 cup), and Cherry Tomatoes (1 handful) and cook covered over low heat for 45 minutes.
5.
Serve with couscous and garnish with Fresh Parsley (to taste) and Slivered Almonds (to taste).
