Cooking Instructions
1.
For dressing, combine Water (2 tbsp), Red Wine Vinegar (1 1/2 tbsp), Dijon Mustard (2 tsp), Honey (1 tbsp), Olive Oil (1 tbsp) and Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp).

Whisk well and set aside.
3.
Cut Pear (1) lengthwise into 15 slices.
4.
Peel and segment the Orange (1).
5.
Place pears and oranges in bowl and drizzle 1 tbsp dressing over and toss to coat.
6.
Add the Fresh Spinach (1 handful) and Red Onions (4 tbsp).
7.
Toss to coat.
8.
Serve and enjoy!
