Ingredients

2 tbsp
Water
•
1 1/2 tbsp
Red Wine Vinegar
•
1 tbsp
Olive Oil
•
1 tbsp
Honey
•
2 tsp
Dijon Mustard
•
1/4 tsp
Ground Black Pepper
•
1
Pear
•
1 handful
Fresh Spinach , torn
 or Cabbage
•
1
Orange
•
4 tbsp
Red Onions , finely sliced
 or Finely Sliced Shallot

Cooking Instructions

1. 
For dressing, combine Water (2 tbsp) , Red Wine Vinegar (1 1/2 tbsp) , Dijon Mustard (2 tsp) , Honey (1 tbsp) , Olive Oil (1 tbsp) and Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp) .
2. 
Whisk well and set aside.
3. 
Cut Pear (1) lengthwise into 15 slices.
4. 
Peel and segment the Orange (1) .
5. 
Place pears and oranges in bowl and drizzle 1 tbsp dressing over and toss to coat.
6. 
Add the Fresh Spinach (1 handful) and Red Onions (4 tbsp) .
7. 
Toss to coat.
8. 
Serve and enjoy!
