For dressing, combine Water (2 Tbsp) , Red Wine Vinegar (1 1/2 Tbsp) , Dijon Mustard (1/2 Tbsp) , Honey (1 Tbsp) , Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) and Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp) .
Step 2
Whisk well and set aside.
Step 3
Cut Pear (1) lengthwise into 15 slices.
Step 4
Peel and segment the Orange (1) .
Step 5
Place pears and oranges in bowl and drizzle 1 tbsp dressing over and toss to coat.
Step 6
Add the Fresh Spinach (1 handful) and Red Onions (1/4 cup) .
Step 7
Toss to coat.
Step 8
Serve and enjoy!
