Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (160 degrees C). Prepare a 9x13 pan.
Mix Cake Flour (2 1/3 cup), Granulated Sugar (1 2/3 cup), Baking Soda (2 teaspoon), Salt (3/4 teaspoon), Ground Cinnamon (1 teaspoon), Ground Ginger (1/8 teaspoon), Ground Nutmeg (1/8 teaspoon), Egg (2) and Butter (1/2 cup) a large bowl. Beat until well combined.
Add the Apple (4 cup) and Walnut (1 cup) and mix until the apples release some of their juice and the stiff mixture becomes a thick batter.
Spread the batter in the prepared pan, smooth out.
Bake the cake for 45 minutes or until testing the center with toothpick comes out clean. Remove and cool.
