Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (160 degrees C). Prepare a 9x13 pan.
Step 2
Mix Cake Flour (2 1/3 cups) , Granulated Sugar (1 2/3 cups) , Baking Soda (1/2 Tbsp) , Salt (3/4 tsp) , Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp) , Ground Ginger (1/8 tsp) , Ground Nutmeg (1/8 tsp) , Eggs (2) and Butter (1/2 cup) a large bowl. Beat until well combined.
Step 3
Add the Apples (4 cups) and Walnuts (1 cup) and mix until the apples release some of their juice and the stiff mixture becomes a thick batter.
Step 4
Spread the batter in the prepared pan, smooth out.
Step 5
Bake the cake for 45 minutes or until testing the center with toothpick comes out clean. Remove and cool.
Step 6
Serve and enjoy!
