Slice the Mushroom (1/2 cup) into thin slices and set aside.
Slice the Scallion (8 stalk) into thin slices and set aside.
Spiral the Carrot (2) and the Zucchini (1) and set aside.
Cut the Chicken (1 cup) into thin slices and set aside.
Divide the portions into four jars and add an equal amount of Fresh Ginger (4 tablespoon), sliced scallion, Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (to taste), Chinese Five Spice Powder (4 teaspoon) to each.
Divide and pour Toasted Sesame Oil (4 tablespoon) into each jar.
Divide and pour Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce (4 tablespoon) into each jar.
Divide and add the chicken into each jar.
Divide and add the spiraled large carrots into each jar.
Divide and add the Fresh Cilantro (1/4 cup) and Fresh Mint (1/4 cup) into each jar .
Divide and add spiraled zucchini into each jar.
Divide and add Fresh Spinach (1 cup) into each jar.
Divide and stuff sliced mushrooms and wedges of Lime (4) to each jar.
When ready to eat, remove the lime and pour in hot water.
Squeeze in the lime.
Stir mixture and let sit in 4-6 minutes.
