Gather (or purchase) tender wild Violet Flower Petals (1 bunch) from a pesticide-free environment.
Whisk All-Purpose Flour (1 cup), Baking Powder (2 teaspoon), Salt (1/4 teaspoon), and Granulated Sugar (1 tablespoon) in a medium sized mixing bowl.
Add Milk (1 cup), Egg (1) and Canola Oil (2 tablespoon) and whisk to combine.
Arrange petals in a skillet on medium heat. Using a 1/3 cup measuring cup, drop batter on top of petals and arrange a few more petals on top. Cook until bubbles appear and flip to cook other side.
Serve with Pure Maple Syrup (to taste).
