Cooking Instructions

Step 1
In a medium saucepan, cook Gnocchi (1 lb) according to the package instruction. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add Wright® Brand Smoked Bacon (6 slices) and sauté for 7-8 minutes or until crispy. Transfer to a towel-lined plate, reserving 1 tablespoon bacon dripping in the skillet.
Step 3
Return the skillet to the heat, add Garlic (2 cloves) followed by the Asparagus (3 cups) and Yellow Onion (1) . Sprinkle with a dash of Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) . Cook for 5 minutes or until asparagus is tender, stirring often.
Step 4
Add gnocchi and bacon, stir. Then, add White Wine (1/4 cup) and Lemons (1 Tbsp) . Cook for another minute, stirring often.
Step 5
Remove from heat. Plate and serve with Parmesan Cheese (1/4 cup) and chopped fresh Fresh Parsley (to taste) .
