Grease a deep frying pan or wok with Olive Oil Cooking Spray (to taste). Chop Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast (2) into cubes, then cook with Garlic Powder (2 teaspoon), Ground Cumin (1 teaspoon), Seasoned Salt (1 teaspoon), and Ground Black Pepper (1 teaspoon) until chicken is white all through.
Add Mixed Vegetables (1 cup) and saute. Add White Rice (2 cup) and mix well with vegetables and chicken.
In a small container, beat the Egg (1) then add to rice, vegetables and chicken. Mix thoroughly and allow to cook. Remove from heat and add Soy Sauce (to taste). Serve warm and enjoy!
