Step 1
Grease a deep frying pan or wok with Olive Oil Cooking Spray (as needed) . Chop Tyson® Chicken Breasts (2) into cubes, then cook with Garlic Powder (1/2 Tbsp) , Ground Cumin (1 tsp) , Seasoned Salt (1 tsp) , and Ground Black Pepper (1 tsp) until chicken is white all through.
Step 2
Add Mixed Vegetables (1 cup) and saute. Add White Rice (2 cups) and mix well with vegetables and chicken.
Step 3
In a small container, beat the Egg (1) then add to rice, vegetables and chicken. Mix thoroughly and allow to cook. Remove from heat and add Soy Sauce (to taste) . Serve warm and enjoy!
