Grease a deep frying pan or wok with
Olive Oil Cooking Spray (as needed)
Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (2)
into cubes, then cook with
Garlic Powder (1/2 Tbsp)
Ground Cumin (1 tsp)
Seasoned Salt (1 tsp)
Ground Black Pepper (1 tsp)
until chicken is white all through.
Mixed Vegetables (1 cup)
and saute. Add the cooked
White Rice (1 cup)
and mix well with vegetables and chicken.
In a small container, beat the
then add to rice, vegetables and chicken. Mix thoroughly and allow to cook. Remove from heat and add
Soy Sauce (to taste)
