Stuffing

Large  Onion , finely chopped

Bell Pepper , finely chopped
2 Tbsp
Fresh Parsley , finely chopped
or Coriander Leaves
1 Tbsp
2 cloves
Garlic , grated
1/4 tsp
1 tsp
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
1 tsp
or Dry Herbs of Your Choice
to taste
Mozzarella Cheese , thinly sliced
or Your Favorite Cheese

Optional Stuffing

to taste
Cream Cheese
(optional)

Pepperoni Slices
or Bacon, Ham, Your Favorite Meat

Topping

Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step 2
In a mixing bowl, add Onion (1), Bell Pepper (1), Fresh Parsley (2 tablespoon), Ketchup (1 tablespoon), Garlic (2 clove), Salt (1/4 teaspoon), Ground Black Pepper (1/4 teaspoon), Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1 teaspoon), and Dried Oregano (1 teaspoon).
Step 3
Mix them well and set aside. They will release some water, but that’s okay. We’ll get rid of it during stuffing.
Step 4
On a clean work surface, add some All-Purpose Flour (to taste) and the Pizza Dough (1 pound).
Step 5
Using your hands or a rolling pin, stretch out the dough into a thin sheet.
Step 6
Cut the dough into equal pieces. You’ll get around 24 pieces. But it depends on how big a piece you cut.
Step 7
On each piece, add a small dollop of Cream Cheese (to taste).
Step 8
Pile about a tablespoon (or how much ever you can manage) of the vegetable stuffing. While doing this, make sure you use your hand to squeeze out the moisture.
Step 9
Add a piece of Mozzarella Cheese (to taste) and/or a piece of Pepperoni Slice (to taste).
Step 10
Brush the edges with a little bit of water or milk and bring all the four corners of the dough in the center.
Step 11
Seal the edges well and roll it into a ball. Do the same with all other pieces of dough.
Step 12
Lay them seam side down on a baking sheet or a baking pa.
Step 13
Brush the top of these rolls with Olive Oil (2 tablespoon). Sprinkle some Dried Mixed Herbs (2 teaspoon) over the top.
Step 14
Bake them for 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees C (400 degrees F) or until the bites are golden brown and cooked.
Step 15
Serve hot with Ketchup (to taste) or as is.
