Beat Cream Cheese (450 gram), Caster Sugar (120 gram), and Grated Parmesan Cheese (35 gram) until combined.
Stir in Vanilla Extract (2 teaspoon).
Crack in the Egg (3), one at a time.
Drizzle in Plain Yogurt (270 gram) and Salted Butter (60 gram).
Then, fold in All-Purpose Flour (1 1/2 tablespoon).
Transfer into a 6-inch cake pan with a removable bottom that has been greased and lined with parchment paper.
Bake it in the oven for 1 hour, then broil it for a few minutes until the top is evenly browned.
Let it cool to room temperature, then chill it in the fridge overnight before unwrapping.
