In a bowl, combine All-Purpose Flour (2 cups), Granulated Sugar (3/4 cup), and Baking Powder (1 Tbsp). In another bowl, lightly beat the Eggs (2). Add Whole Milk (1 1/2 cups), Butter (1 cup), and Vanilla Extract (1 tsp); mix well.

Stir into dry ingredients just until combined. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form; fold into batter.

Bake in a preheated waffle iron according to manufacturer’s directions until golden brown.
