In a bowl, combine All-Purpose Flour (2 cups), Granulated Sugar (3/4 cup), and Baking Powder (4 tsp). In another bowl, lightly beat the Egg Yolks (2). Add Whole Milk (1 1/2 cups), Butter (1 cup), and Vanilla Extract (1 tsp); mix well.
