Combine the Almond Meal (3 Tbsp), Oat Flour (1/2 cup), Sweet Glutinous Rice Flour (1/2 cup), Pure Cane Sugar (3/4 cup), Baking Powder (1 tsp), Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp) and Salt (1/2 tsp) in a large bowl, mixing well.
