For hollowing out the Eggplant (2), take a spoon and scoop out the flesh bit by bit.
Cut the Red Onion (1), Tomato (2), Garlic (2 clove), and Fresh Rosemary (5 sprig) into small chunks.
Whip the Egg (2) up and stir into the Ground Beef (500 gram), then chuck the cut ingredients and mix it well.
