Step 1
For hollowing out the
Eggplants (2)
, take a spoon and scoop out the flesh bit by bit.

into small chunks.
Step 3
Whip the

up and stir into the
Ground Beef (1.1 lb)
, then chuck the cut ingredients and mix it well.

Crumble the
Goat Cheese Wheel (1)
with your fingers and mush everything together with your hands.

Don’t forget to season! Add the

Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
. A good amount, mind you – it needs all the flavor.

Simply place these glorious-looking aubergines into the oven until the meat is thoroughly cooked for 30 to 45 minutes at 200 degrees C (400 degrees F).
