Add Tomato (4 pound), Red Bell Pepper (1.5 pound), and Onion (2) to a bowl.
Add Kosher Salt (to taste), Sriracha (to taste), Granulated Sugar (to taste), and Garlic Paste (to taste).
Add Chicken Broth (1 gallon), simmer until liquid has reduced to 2 quarts, about 30-45 minutes.
With a stand-mixer or hand-mixer blend all until very smooth, then add Fresh Basil Leaf (1/2 cup) in the last minute.
Add Heavy Cream (2 cup), and check and adjust the seasoning as desired.
