Step 1
Add Tomatoes (4 lb) , Red Bell Peppers (4 1/2 cups) , and Onions (2) to a bowl.
Step 2
Add Kosher Salt (to taste) , Sriracha (to taste) , Granulated Sugar (to taste) , and Garlic Paste (to taste) .
Step 3
Add Chicken Broth (16 cups) , simmer until liquid has reduced to 2 quarts, about 30-45 minutes.
Step 4
With a stand-mixer or hand-mixer blend all until very smooth, then add Fresh Basil Leaves (1/2 cup) in the last minute.
Step 5
Add Heavy Cream (2 cups) , and check and adjust the seasoning as desired.
Step 6
Serve warm.
