All-Purpose Flour (1 2/3 cups)
Salt (1 pinch)

On a floured surface, shape into a ball and refrigerate for 2 hours.
After 2 hours, roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface.
Fit the dough into a buttered pastry tin. Prick with a fork, and cut away any excess pastry dough.
Clean, peel, and core the

Granulated Sugar (1/2 cup)
until pale and fluffy, then the
Almond Flour (3/4 cup)
and mix well.
Spread the apple slices evenly over the pastry dough. Pour the egg and sugar mixture over the fruit.
Bake on shelf level 2 on the ‘Humidity Low' program at 180 degrees C (350 degrees F) for 50 minutes.
Powdered Confectioners Sugar (to taste)
and garnish with
Fresh Blueberries (to taste)
