Creamy Taco Soup

As much as we love Chili, this is wonderful variation – easy and creamy! Perfect for warming up your tummies on a cold winter night! Serve with sour cream, shredded cheese and taco or corn chips.

Condensed Tomato Soup

Red Kidney Beans , drained, rinsed

Taco Seasoning

Ranch Seasoning Powder Mix

Cream Cheese , room temperature

Garnish

Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Cooking Instructions

In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the Ground Beef (1 lb) until browned.

Add beef, Condensed Tomato Soup (1 can) , Diced Tomatoes (2 cans) , Corn (1 can) , Chili Beans (1 can) (DO NOT DRAIN), and Red Kidney Beans (1 can) , along with Taco Seasoning (1/3 cup) and Ranch Seasoning Powder Mix (1/3 cup) in a large slow cooker.

Cook on high for 2-3 hours or on low for about 4-6 hours. Because all slow cookers cook a little differently, adjust as necessary for your slow cooker or crockpot.

Ten minutes before serving, add Cream Cheese (1 pckg) that has been cut into chunks. Stir after five minutes and again before serving.

Garnish with Shredded Cheddar Cheese (to taste) , Sour Cream (to taste) , Corn Chips (to taste) and Scallions (to taste) .
