Cooking Instructions

Prepare all vegetables - slice Red Onion (1/2), crush Garlic (1 clove).

Deseed and dice Red Chili Pepper (1).

Dice Eggplant (1) and Zucchini (1 1/2 cups).

Quarter Brown Mushrooms (2 cups). Strip Lemon (1 tsp) rind.

Put all the chopped vegetables in a baking tray. Top with Diced Tomatoes (1 can), lemon rind, and add White Fish Fillets (4) on top of the vegetables. Season with Salt (1 pinch) and Ground Black Pepper (1 pinch).

Place into the steam oven on level 2 on full steam at 100 degrees C (212 degrees F) for 25 minutes and test if the fish is cooked well.

Slice fish and serve with steamed vegetables on the side and top with Fresh Dill (4 sprigs).
