Step 1
Prepare all vegetables - slice

Put all the chopped vegetables in a baking tray. Top with
Diced Tomatoes (1 can)
, lemon rind, and add
White Fish Fillets (4)
on top of the vegetables. Season with
Salt (1 pinch)
and
Ground Black Pepper (1 pinch)

Step 6
Place into the steam oven on level 2 on full steam at 100 degrees C (212 degrees F) for 25 minutes and test if the fish is cooked well.
Step 7
Slice fish and serve with steamed vegetables on the side and top with
Fresh Dill (4 sprigs)
