Prepare all vegetables - slice Red Onion (1/2) , crush Garlic (1 clove) .
Step 2
Deseed and dice Red Chili Pepper (1) .
Step 3
Dice Eggplant (1) and Zucchini (1 1/2 cups) .
Step 4
Quarter Brown Mushrooms (2 cups) . Strip Lemons (1 tsp) rind.
Step 5
Put all the chopped vegetables in a baking tray. Top with Diced Tomatoes (1 can) , lemon rind, and add White Fish Fillets (4) on top of the vegetables. Season with Salt (1 pinch) and Ground Black Pepper (1 pinch) .
Step 6
Place into the steam oven on level 2 on full steam at 100 degrees C (212 degrees F) for 25 minutes and test if the fish is cooked well.
Step 7
Slice fish and serve with steamed vegetables on the side and top with Fresh Dill (4 sprigs) .
