Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat grill or oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Cut four sheets of foil, about 12-inches long.
Step 2
Toss Large Shrimp (1.5 lb) , Broccoli (1 cup) , Corn (2 ears) , Sweet Potatoes (3 cups) , Asparagus (1 cup) , Olive Oil (2 Tbsp) , Cajun Seasoning (1 Tbsp) , Salt and Pepper (to taste) . Divide mixture into the foil sheets.
Step 3
Put the ingredients in a single layer. Fold the sides of the foil and seal the packets well. Place foil packets on the grill or in the oven and cook until just cooked for about 12-15 minutes.
Step 4
Tear open the foil. Garnish with Fresh Parsley (2 Tbsp) before serving.
