Step 1
Wash and chop the
Fresh Parsley (4 sprigs)
. Dice the
Bacon (3.5 oz)
into strips.
Step 2
Peel the
Onion (1)
and cut in half, then into 3cm-thick slices. Slice
Potatoes (1.7 lb)
lengthwise.
Step 3
Season the
Cod Fillets (1.1 lb)
well with
Salt (2 pinches)
and
Ground Black Pepper (2 pinches)
. Drizzle with
Lemon (1/2)
.

Whisk the
Cream (2/3 cup)
,
Sour Cream (1/3 cup)
,
Eggs (2)
, and
Whole Grain Mustard (1 Tbsp)
together and season with
Salt (1 pinch)
and
Ground Black Pepper (1 pinch)

Step 5
Grease a baking dish with
Butter (1/2 Tbsp)
and line the bottom with 2/3 of the potato-onion mixture. Then put in the fish and cover with the remaining 1/3.
Step 6
Spread cream sauce evenly over the baking dish.
Step 7
Place the fish on shelf level 2 on the ‘Humidity Medium’ program and cook at 180 degrees C (355 degrees F) for 25 minutes.
Step 8
In a pan over medium-high heat, fry the bacon in a pan until crispy. Drain off the fat if necessary and mix the bacon with the chopped parsley.
Step 9
Take the fish from the oven and spread the parsley and bacon evenly over it. Serve warm.
