This classic roast chicken is effortless to make. Simple, easy and delicious juicy chicken with a side of roasted veggies - you will never buy rotisserie from the store again!
Tyson® Whole Chicken
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Preheat oven to 360 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Yellow Onion (1)
Peel and crush
Garlic (4 cloves)
with a knife.
into roughly six pieces.
Stuff inside of
Tyson® Whole Chicken (1)
with lemon, large garlic clove, and
Fresh Thyme (1 bunch)
. Scatter carrots and onions on roasting tray around chicken.
Drizzle top of chicken liberally with
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (as needed)
Salt (to taste)
Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
Place in oven for an hour and a half, or until cooked through. Every 500 grams of chicken will need about 30 minutes in the oven.
Transfer to a serving plate and surround the chicken with roasted veggies. Enjoy!
