Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Place the Cauliflower (1/2 head) in the food processor and pulse until finely ground.
In a microwave-safe bowl, cook the cauliflower in the Panasonic Microwave Oven for 4 to 5 minutes, until soft. Transfer to a clean kitchen towel and let cool. Once cooled, squeeze the towel in order to wring out as much of the excess moisture as possible.
In a bowl, mix the Cauliflower, Egg (1), Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (1/2 cup), Grated Parmesan Cheese (2 tablespoon), and the Italian Seasoning (1 teaspoon) until combined.
Transfer the dough to the baking sheet. Form it into a ½-inch thick circle (or desired shape) and bake for 15 minutes, until golden.
Brush the crust with Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1/2 tablespoon). Top with Marinara Sauce (2 tablespoon), the remaining Mozzarella Cheese (1/2 cup), and any toppings you want to bake. Bake for 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
Meanwhile, toss the Arugula (2 cup) with the remaining Olive Oil (1/2 tablespoon) and season with a pinch of Salt (to taste) and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste).
Remove the pizza from the oven and top with arugula, Prosciutto (4 slice), and Parmesan Cheese (1 tablespoon) or other toppings of choice. Slice and serve. Cooking results may vary depending on microwave oven used.
