Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

Mash the Bananas (3).
3.
Set your pan over the lowest heat and melt the Unsalted Butter (1/3 cup).
4.
Mix mashed bananas, melted butter, yolks of the Eggs (2), Vanilla Extract (1 tsp), Brandy (4 tsp), Baking Soda (1 tsp), Salt (1 pinch), Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (2 tsp), and Ground Nutmeg (as needed).

Stir until the mixture is well-combined.
6.
Add All-Purpose Flour (1 1/2 cups) and mix again.
7.
If you want to add chocolate, chop up Milk Chocolate (1/3 cup) into small pieces and add it into the mixture and mix well.
8.
Butter your loaf pan and start pouring the mixture in. Your loaf pan should be 4×8-inch (10×20 centimeters). I put the baking sheet on the bottom of the loaf pan so it’s easier to take the bread out.
9.
Cut Banana (1) into slices and put them on top of the banana bread. You can also add Pecans (to taste) and Dried Cranberries (to taste) if you like.
10.
Bake for 60 to 70 minutes. Poke a stick in the loaf to check. If the stick comes back too wet, your bread is not ready! Toss it back in an oven and bake for another 10 minutes.
11.
Once finished baking, remove from the pan and slice it to serve.
