Mix together All-Purpose Flour (1 cup), Baking Powder (2 tsp), Pecan Halves (2 Tbsp), Salt (1 tsp), Ground Cinnamon (as needed), Ground Allspice (as needed), and Ground Nutmeg (as needed). Cut in Unsalted Butter (4 Tbsp) until it is the size of peas.

In a separate bowl, combine mashed Sweet Potato (1 cup), Granulated Sugar (4 Tbsp), Brown Sugar (4 Tbsp) and Vanilla Extract (as needed).

Turn dough out onto a heavily floured surface and knead until dough comes together. Roll out 1/2-inch thickness.
