Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Whisk
All-Purpose Flour (2 cups)

Salt (1/2 tsp)
and
Baking Powder (1 Tbsp)

Melt two thirds of the
Unsalted Butter (1/4 cup)
and combine with the
Granulated Sugar (1/2 cup)
, 5 tsp of zest from the
Orange (3/4)

Vanilla Extract (1 tsp)

Orange Juice (1/2 cup)

Make topping by combining the remaining 2 tsp of zest from the
Orange (1/4)
and
Unsalted Butter (2 Tbsp)

Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp)
and
Brown Sugar (1/2 cup)
.
5.
Add the liquid ingredients to the flour mixture and mix until combined. Pour into a greased 8-inch pan. Sprinkle with topping. Bake for 30 minutes.
6.
Let cool slightly on a wire rack before eating.
