Oranges , zested, divided, juiced

Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground

Unsalted Butter

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Whisk All-Purpose Flour (2 cups) , Salt (1/2 tsp) and Baking Powder (1 Tbsp) .

Melt two-thirds of the Unsalted Butter (4 Tbsp) and combine with the Granulated Sugar (1/2 cup) , 5 tsp of zest and 1/2 cup of juice from the Oranges (2) , Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (2) , and Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) .

Make the topping by combining the remaining 2 tsp of Orange Zest and Unsalted Butter (2 Tbsp) , Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (1 tsp) and Brown Sugar (1/2 cup) .

Add the liquid ingredients to the flour mixture and mix until combined. Pour into a greased 8-inch pan. Sprinkle with topping. Bake for 30 minutes.

Let cool slightly on a wire rack before eating.
