Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step 2
Whisk All-Purpose Flour (2 cups) , Salt (1/2 tsp) and Baking Powder (1 Tbsp) .
Step 3
Melt two thirds of the Unsalted Butter (1/4 cup) and combine with the Granulated Sugar (1/2 cup) , 5 tsp of zest from the Orange (3/4) , Eggs (2) , Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) , and Orange Juice (1/2 cup) .
Step 4
Make topping by combining the remaining 2 tsp of zest from the Orange (1/4) and Unsalted Butter (2 Tbsp) , Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp) and Brown Sugar (1/2 cup) .
Step 5
Add the liquid ingredients to the flour mixture and mix until combined. Pour into a greased 8-inch pan. Sprinkle with topping. Bake for 30 minutes.
Step 6
Let cool slightly on a wire rack before eating.
