Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 170 degrees C (340 degrees F).
Step 2
Cream together Salted Butter (1/2 cup) and Powdered Confectioners Sugar (1/3 cup) until light and fluffy.
Step 3
Mix in Salted Egg Yolk Powder (1/2 cup) . Combine in Milk Powder (1 Tbsp) .
Step 4
Mince Curry Leaves (20) and add to dough. Fold or knead in All-Purpose Flour (1/2 cup) and Corn Starch (2/3 cup) until just combined.
Step 5
Press dough into molds.
Step 6
Trim excess and turn out cookies.
Step 7
Mix together Egg (1) and Water (1 Tbsp) to make an egg wash. Brush the egg wash over the cookies.
Step 8
Bake in the oven for thirteen minutes. Serve and enjoy!
