Preheat oven to 170 degrees C (340 degrees F).
Cream together Salted Butter (7 tablespoon) and Powdered Confectioners Sugar (40 gram) until light and fluffy.
Mix in Salted Egg Yolk Powder (45 gram). Combine in Milk Powder (2 1/2 teaspoon).
Mince Curry Leaf (20) and add to dough. Fold or knead in All-Purpose Flour (60 gram) and Corn Starch (70 gram) until just combined.
Press dough into molds.
Trim excess and turn out cookies.
Mix together Egg (1) and Water (1 tablespoon) to make an egg wash. Brush the egg wash over the cookies.
Bake in the oven for thirteen minutes. Serve and enjoy!
