Mix together in a bowl Fish Sauce (1 teaspoon), Soy Sauce (1/3 cup), Brown Sugar (1/3 cup), Rice Wine (1/3 cup), Sesame Oil (1 tablespoon), Freshly Ground Black Pepper (2 teaspoon), Cayenne Pepper (1/4 teaspoon) and Sesame Seeds (2 teaspoon).
In a food processor add in Onion (1), Asian Pear (1), Garlic (8 clove), and Fresh Ginger (1 inch). Process until smooth. Mix into the soy sauce mixture, and thin with around with a quarter cup of water.
Place Beef Short Ribs (3 pound) into a zip lock bag or a container and cover with marinade. Place in the refrigerator and marinade at least overnight.
Grill ribs over a hot direct heat for around three to four minutes on each side.
Remove from the grill and serve. Enjoy!
