Step 1
Mix together in a bowl
Fish Sauce (1 tsp)

Soy Sauce (1/3 cup)

Brown Sugar (1/3 cup)
,
Rice Wine (1/3 cup)
,
Sesame Oil (1 Tbsp)

Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1/2 Tbsp)
,
Cayenne Pepper (1/4 tsp)
and
Sesame Seeds (1/2 Tbsp)

Step 2
In a food processor add in
Onion (1)
,
Asian Pear (1)
,
Garlic (8 cloves)
, and
Fresh Ginger (1 in)
. Process until smooth. Mix into the soy sauce mixture, and thin with around with a quarter cup of water.
Step 3
Place
Beef Short Ribs (3 lb)
into a zip lock bag or a container and cover with marinade. Place in the refrigerator and marinade at least overnight.
Step 4
Grill ribs over a hot direct heat for around 3-4 minutes on each side.
Step 5
Remove from the grill and serve. Enjoy!
