Orange Cake

Your oven does not need preheating, saving you time and reducing energy costs. Grease and flour a loaf pan or muffin tin and let's start preparing the batter!

In a small bowl combine Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (3), juice from Oranges (2), Milk (1/2 cup), Oil (1/2 cup) and set aside.

In a large bowl sift together All-Purpose Flour (1 3/4 cups), Salt (1/2 tsp), and Baking Powder (1 Tbsp). When dry ingredients are sifted, add Granulated Sugar (1 1/2 cups) and mix.

Make a well in the center of dry ingredients and pour the wet mixture in the well. Stir until thoroughly combined.

Place batter in the prepared loaf pan and now just say "Alexa, start oven". Your oven sets the appropriate program automatically and even better, the integrated baking sensor orchestrates the heating and tells you when your cake is perfectly baked. Please don't open the door during baking.

Allow the cake to cool. Then sprinkle with Powdered Confectioners Sugar (as needed) and Orange Zest, if desired. You have completed the orange cake recipe in the pastry master challenge!
