Preheat oven to 175 degrees C (350 degrees F). Grease and flour a loaf pan or muffin tin.
In small bowl combine
Orange Juice (1/2 cup)
Milk (1/2 cup)
Oil (1/2 cup)
and set aside.
In a large bowl sift together
All-Purpose Flour (1 3/4 cups)
Salt (1/2 tsp)
Baking Powder (1 Tbsp)
. When dry ingredients are sifted, add
Granulated Sugar (1 1/2 cups)
Make a well in center of dry ingredients and pour wet mixture in well. Stir until thoroughly combined.
Place batter in prepared loaf pan and bake in oven for 35 minutes. If making muffins, bake for 20-25 minutes.
Allow the cake to cool. Then sprinkle with
Powdered Confectioners Sugar (as needed)
and 1 1/2 tsp of
Orange Zest (1)
