Prepare your ingredients: measure the Kalamata Olives (1/2 cup), Green Olives (1/4 cup), Beldi Olives (1/4 cup), and Divina® Roasted Tomatoes (1/4 cup), and peel the Garlic (2 clove).
Pull the leaves from the stems of the Fresh Parsley (2 tablespoon) and Fresh Oregano (1 tablespoon).
Combine the olives, tomatoes, garlic, parsley, oregano, Lemon Juice (2 tablespoon), Salt (to taste), Ground Black Pepper (to taste), and Olive Oil (2 tablespoon) in a food processor.
Process to combine until slightly chunky, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed. Serve at room temperature.
