Step 1
Prepare your ingredients: measure the Kalamata Olives (1/2 cup) , Green Olives (1/4 cup) , Beldi Olives (1/4 cup) , and Divina® Roasted Tomatoes (1/4 cup) , and peel the Garlic (2 cloves) .
Step 2
Pull the leaves from the stems of the Fresh Parsley (2 Tbsp) and Fresh Oregano (1 Tbsp) .
Step 3
Combine the olives, tomatoes, garlic, parsley, oregano, Lemon Juice (2 Tbsp) , Salt (to taste) , Ground Black Pepper (to taste) , and Olive Oil (2 Tbsp) in a food processor.
Step 4
Process to combine until slightly chunky, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed. Serve at room temperature.
