Cooking Instructions
1.
Quarter Carrots (3 cups) and Red Potatoes (3 lb). Layer potatoes at bottom of instant pot. Layer carrots over potatoes. Add Water (4 Tbsp).
2.
Layer Beef Chuck (3 lb), over carrots. Mix Tomato Sauce (1 3/4 cups) and Spaghetti Sauce Mix (1 pckg). Pour over roast.
3.
Cook on meat/stew setting for 45 minutes.
4.
After 45 minutes, allow steam to naturally release before opening.
5.
Serve and enjoy.
