Thoroughly wash the Quinoa (140 gram) and all the vegetables, and then cut the Bell Pepper (2), Carrot (1), and Zucchini (1) into small cubes.
Divide the quinoa and the prepared vegetables into two 500ml sous-vide jars, then add a tablespoon of Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (2 tablespoon), a pinch of Salt (to taste), and Fresh Herbs (to taste) to each.
Pour 60 milliliters of Water (120 milliliter) in each jar, mix everything and close them tightly with their hooks.
Insert the jars one at a time in the microwave, set the power to 600 W for 12 minutes.
When cooked, remove the jar and let it rest for 20 minutes. Once cooled down, you can either enjoy the quinoa right away, or place it in the fridge unopened and consume it in the next few days.
