Mix the Plain Non-Fat Yogurt (1/2 cup), 1 Tbsp of juice from Lime (1), Honey (1 Tbsp), Paprika (1/2 Tbsp) and Ground Cumin (3/4 tsp), and set aside.

Heat Oil (as needed) over medium/high heat in a large sauté pan then add Garlic (1 clove) and Corn (4 ears) Cook for about 15 minutes, flipping frequently, until corn begins to char a bit. Gently toss with 1 Tbsp of Lime Juice and Salt (3/4 tsp).
