Mix the Plain Non-Fat Yogurt (1/2 cup) , Lime Juice (1 Tbsp) , Honey (1 Tbsp) , Paprika (1/2 Tbsp) and Ground Cumin (3/4 tsp) , and set aside.
Step 2
Heat Oil (as needed) over medium/high heat in a large sauté pan then add Garlic (1 clove) and Corn (4 ears) Cook for about 15 minutes, flipping frequently, until corn begins to char a bit. Gently toss with Lime Juice (1 Tbsp) and Salt (3/4 tsp) .
