Step 1
Mix the Plain Non-Fat Yogurt (1/2 cup), Lime Juice (1 tablespoon), Honey (1 tablespoon), Paprika (1/2 tablespoon) and Ground Cumin (1/4 tablespoon), and set aside.
Step 2
Heat Oil (to taste) over medium/high heat in a large saute pan then add Garlic (1 clove) and Corn (4 ear) Cook about 15 minutes, flipping frequently,until corn begins to char a bit. Gently toss with Lime Juice (1 tablespoon) and Salt (1/4 tablespoon).
