Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Boil your Beef (100 gram), together with your Onion (1), Bay Leaf (2), and Carrot (1).
Step 2
In another pot, boil your Potato (2). After they are well cooked, take the potatoes and the boiled meat, and blend them together in a meat grinder.
Step 3
Take your Egg (2), Butter (1 tablespoon) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste), mix them together with the grinded meat. After that, slice your meat into pieces using any cookie shaper of your choice. Fry your meat peaces on a frying pan.
Step 4
Meanwhile, mix your Breadcrumbs (1 tablespoon) with your Bread (100 gram), Sour Cream (1 tablespoon), and Fresh Parsley (200 gram) inside a blender.
Step 5
Serve your fried meat with the sauce. Enjoy!
