Step 1
Boil your

and chop into pieces.
Step 2
Take your fresh
Cucumbers (2)
and chop it into pieces as well.
Step 3
Take your cauliflower and cucumber, and mix them well together with the chopped
Apples (2)

Green Peas (1 cup)

Tomatoes (2)
, and
Green Grapes (3 1/4 cups)
. Pour some of the
Natural Unflavored Yogurt (3 Tbsp)
,
Fresh Parsley (to taste)
, and
Fresh Dill (to taste)
over the mix.
Step 4
You can serve your salad in a hollow tomato, a hollow cucumber or a fried ham. Enjoy!
